What I’ve learned: You can choose to be grateful every day. Write your own story. Only you can do the work to truly yourself. A strong mind and body cannot be bought.
What morphed me: Honestly, my clients are the main reason for my growth. I’ve learned so much from training ages 6-70. They taught me my value before I could recognize it myself. Also, my back injury changed my entire perspective on training and my coaching style
Sports: Track, Cross Country, Field Hockey
I don’t define athletic highlights as very important to me. Instead, self growth and the mental fortitude I earned from participating and from training.
The realization that I was living life in a way that wasn’t respectful of my true abilities. In my attempt to please people for the last 2 decades, I lost sight of myself and what I wanted.
Now, I’m radically committed to becoming independent, disciplined, and true to my own story. Hopefully, through this, I can inspire others to step into their own power and take true control of their own stories as well.
I got there by quite literally waking up one day and making the firm decision to 1. Guards my life against anything/anyone that would hinder my growth and 2. Be radically disciplined and always do what I say I’m going to
Purpose: Help people learn how strong, resilient, and capable they truly are
Who: Anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort, small bias towards women and youth athletes
Motivation: The idea of creating true change and impact in others' lives
